Our mission is to assist young people in gaining the creative, personal and educational skills that will enable them to become leaders in their communities. BYA envisions a world where all young people have equal access to opportunities that allow them to discover their purpose.
Baltimore's premier grassroots think-tank. They are a group of Baltimore residents dedicated to creating transformative public policy. Their vision is to drastically improve the conditions of Black people in the Baltimore Metropolitan Region.
LBS has a deep commitment to development community partnerships that emphasize community empowerment.
Black Women Build-Baltimore is a home ownership and wealth building initiative that trains black women in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing by restoring vacant and deteriorated houses in West Baltimore.
Their mission is to help prevent sexual assault, advocate for accessible, compassionate care for survivors of sexual violence, and work to hold offenders accountable.
BHP is dedicated to eliminating the growing problem of weekend childhood hunger by feeding bodies and minds. We are bridging the gap between Friday and Monday by consistently providing weekend food packages to children identified as food insecure, in a compassionate and dignified manner. They raise awareness about the effects of hunger by establishing partnerships with community members, other organizations, and decision makers.
